Restriction on account preventing messages to customer
Amazon has put a restriction on our account preventing us from contacting customers unless they contact us first. Any feedback requests do not get delivered and we receive the below alert
This message was not delivered because your account was restricted from sending proactive messages. For more information please check the email inbox associated with your account for a detailed error notification.
We cannot find the email regarding the error notification.
Seller Support are not advising how to get this restriction removed.
Has anyone been successful in getting this restriction removed - if so how?

You do not need to send feedback requests as Amazon do it anyway, as far as I know. (I personally don't buy from Amazon, so not totally sure !)
