Amazon not accepting applications to sell - Health category
We are the owner and the manufacturer of the product we're trying to list. We recently created a listing. However, the listing was marked inactive, and I received a message stating:
"We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"
These products are brand-new, directly manufactured by us in the USA, and there are no other sellers offering them. At the same time, thousands of other sellers are selling its own brand products in the same category.
I contacted seller support to escalate a business-critical issue. However, they didn't take any action and responded: "We are currently not accepting applications to sell these items. We will not be able to provide any further information at this time."
