KYC, Error to update address, "Something went wrong, please try again later."
Have any other sellers encountered the same issue as me?
I am undergoing KYC verification on the UK site. I have moved to another country and need to update the primary contact person's latest address and ID card expiration date. However, whenever I submit the information, I receive an error message saying, "Something went wrong, please try again later." I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, switching browsers (Chrome, Opera), and restarting my computer, but I haven't been able to update successfully.
also have contacted Seller Support, but the issue has not been resolved yet
Is there anyone who can assist me?
