That’s where the tracking ends. Usually parcels are DELIVERED at Tamworth. Have not heard of the hellaby location before. A parcel sent after this one arrived in 2 days, so we think it’s lost.

Hellaby is located in Rotherham and it looks like from the tracking your parcel is going to LBA4 New Rossington. I would say this is okay as the UPS depot is is in the same vicinity as the FC
Normally Tamworth deliver direct into the Doncaster/Darlington depots but there is no reason why they can’t use another depot. I wouldn’t say it is lost as the last tracking update was only 3 days ago. They may well be using Hellaby to hold some shipments.

I was just going to post that UPS does have a depot there. Also, it isn’t unusual for Amazon to not work shipments in date order.
