can i change the legal entity of my business?

I have been selling on Amazon for two years. I have two separate legal entities selling on amazon. My second account has been deactivated because of the informs act but I completed and verfied all the information, but my account has remained deactivated I have contacted them and they have told me to wait. I have read in the forums people waiting 2 months and not getting help from Reactivating Amazon.
So I was thinking can I close my second Amazon account and use its business name and EIN number on my 1st account.
Basically changing my legal entity and continue selling on my 1 account changing the ein and entity

You can go ahead and try, but most likely your account will be shut down by a bot who thinks the account has been hacked into. Then it can take months for a real human to sort things out.

I understand another account has been deactivated and you would like to close the account.
You will have to resolve your account outstanding issue should you wish to close it permanently.
