VTR below 95% with Buy Shipping
Our orders are all sent via a Warehouse Management System which passes the tracking details back to Amazon.
We use our own Royal Mail account for Tracked 48 parcels but we use the Buy Shipping via API for Large Letters. A massive chunk of these have been thrown as not tracked.
Are we doing something wrong, the report looks like the attached image and we have been using this method for years.

Standard Large Letters are not tracked, you would have to use Tracked 48 Large Letter if you want them tracked.
That said. I use Buy Shipping for all orders which are all sent ordinary Large Letter and my VTR is N/A

I have just spoken to account health who say it is a glitch that they are working on now & we don't need to do anything. I don't think my nerves can stand it!
