I have not had that experience but Amazon is NEVER fast.
Has your attorney notified them of the settlement?
I would guess that the Amazon legal beagles would have to sign off on releasing any funds after reviewing the settlement documents and the terms.
They would probably need to verify the proceeds in your account are not supposed to be sent directly to the rights owner.
