I haven't get paid by amazon for months since Jan and seller support does nothing
Hello there, we haven't got paid for MONTHS since Jan this year despite having our bank account verified.
We have been in contact with seller support, and so far we have to jump same hoop again and again and repeat same action again and again!
We have updated our deposit method multiple times (same account) however our payment keep on getting delayed and when we talked to support they just ask us to redo the deposit method. It has been a really frustration situation as we have bills to pay too.
I wonder if there is someone we can talk to directly to look into our payment issue.

What is the current status of your credit card verification? You can find it by clicking the Settings wheel in the top right->Account Info->Payment Information->Charge Method.
Also, could you please share the case ID opened with Seller Support?
