ASINs stuck in reserved

We have an open case 10053442202, which we need some help in resolving. One of our ASINs has been stuck in “Reserved” for a couple of weeks now, with no sign of being made active. We sent this stock in a while ago, and we are losing thousands of pounds worth of sales because of this.
