Can anyone give me some sound advice

My brand is registered with amazon. I have not registered for VAT yet however. I made an order for some goods from a supplier from China via DDP which is now on the way.

I had previously provided my companies ERORI, now the supplier is claiming he does not have to send me any Tax/Duty documents. I'm afraid once my goods arrive I wont be able to sell.

Anyone had a similar experience and how did you work around it.

Thanks

Are you resident in UK ? If you are not and you intend to store your goods here in UK for FBA, you will need to be VAT registered here, and that can take some time, so do it ASAP. If you do live here (and it isn't just that you have registered your business here) then you do not need to be VAT registered until your turnover is £90,000.
