Amazon not responding

I have had my account suspended since August. It has been over 90 days now. And i just want my payment to be released to my account. I have tried to contact seller support and payments team. But no one has responded. This is getting very frustrating and stressfull. Can anyone help?

This will depend on the reason for suspension, for Authenticy claims Amazon will not release funds, can you post the original suspension notice and subsequent failed plan of action.

Amazon should release funds for all sales except for those made on the items with authenticity complaints.

What they do with the monies from the latter is anyones guess.

After 90 days I’d be sending a Letter Before Action if they continued to ignore me.

During the previous 90 day period you have failed to successfully appeal for reinstatement. However, you may be able to recover funds in your account if you can demonstrate that the items you listed are authentic.
How do I demonstrate authenticity?
In order to prove the authenticity of your items, please send documents such as invoices or brand authorization letters. I have sent over 3 appeal letters. And now all i get is an automated email that says the following.

We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk.

For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods. We may not reply to further emails about this issue.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk.

I took Amazon to small claims court and WON! Amazon had to give back my payment and i also got compensation for stressing me and my business. Amazon sucks.

My account got suspended as well for authenticity claims towards my own trademarked product, but since the trademark was on my US corporation of same name the provided documents were continuously ignored. And it been almost a week that they just plain ignoring me new requests. Even though I did not receive any final suspension since last email I have from the team is to provide additional invoice.
