Need Help with Deactivated Amazon Pay Account‼️

I have 3 different accounts, and account B (just to clear any confusion) recently got deactivated since Account A had the issue. After going back and forth with calls and submitting all the required documents, I called the account health support today morning and finally found out that it was because Account A's Amazon Pay Account has been deactivated. 🤨So, I went to Amazon Pay Account after that call and saw the button for reinstatement request. And instead of telling me the reason for this deactivation or what documents I need to submit to clear this issue, it just said to click bunch of FAQs that was not that helpful for this case. I did submit the case log and chat with the specialist through Account A since "Amazon Pay Account" did not have that function to do so, but I would definitely appreciate if anyone can share their experiences of tackling this kind of issue or guide me how to reinstate Amazon Pay Account. 🙏

Hi @Seller_ZSjl4IWAWnAdEon Sunday, I received a message from Amazon Pay to verify my account within 7 days or it will be blocked, and I'm unable to do it because when I send the documents, they say it's for the wrong individual. I'm really confused about who this individual might be, and they don't respond to the emails I send. I also want to know if suspending Amazon Pay affects the US market place; that would complicate things for me

You don't have a Performance Notification or email from Amazon for the original deactivation?

Normally when one Amazon account is deactivated, all the accounts are deactivated. You'll need to find the original deactivation notice and follow the instructions for reactivation.

We've had our Amazon Pay account deactivated for the same verification issue about a year now. Every attempt made to submit documents we got the reply that our account is active and in good order. Apparently, seller support keep confusing the Amazon Pay with our Seller account. At the risk of messing up our Seller account we've just left the Amazon Pay deactivated. And it was working pretty well with our website but we had to let it go because no one understood the issue...if you get an answer please post it here.
