Delivery Dates On Listing Longer Than Orders
The delivery times on my listings are longer than on my order pages and the settings I have chosen. Whatever I have it set for 2-3 day is showing as 4-5 days on the listing. As well, whatever is set for 2-4 days and 3-5 days is showing as 4-6 days. I have 1 day handling time set.
Not sure if this has anything with my OTDR being under 90% all thanks to Amazon counting one order with 10 pieces as a 10 points deduction on the OTDR scale. The order was a day late and had a two delays according to the tracking info, one here right after it left my USPS and one in the destination state.

It sounds like this is what Amazon calls a "Promise Extension" Read about it here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G5L5DLMDU82XL82L
Check your Fulfillment Insights Dashboard to see what this number is
"Promise Extensions: The additional time that Amazon may add to the promised delivery date that customers see, to account for logistical factors that might delay a delivery such as extreme weather or transportation network constraints. When a promise extension is added, the customer sees a later date than the "Deliver by" date that you see in Seller Central. When there is no promise extension, the promise delivery date customers see is the same as the "Delivery by" date you see in Seller Central. Promise extensions are expressed in number of days and are calculated as an average for all your seller-fulfilled non-Prime orders with a promised delivery date in the past 30 days. For details on Promise extensions, go to Manage your delivery time."

Hello @Seller_gatjkdfPmzT4O.
As mentioned on the OTDR help page, our updated policy requires a minimum 90% OTDR without promise extensions to have seller-fulfilled products listed on Amazon.com. However, to ensure a positive customer experience, we recommend that you maintain an OTDR of 95% or higher for all seller-fulfilled orders. If your OTDR without promise extensions consistently falls below 95%, Amazon may add promise extensions to reflect a more accurate delivery date for customers.

It is done to harm FBM sellers who ship to fast.
Seller_bYvQMCZlUGPIa
The 'promise extension' is a way to level the playing field for Amazon against 3rd party FBM sellers who can process shipping orders more efficiently. And thus, appear to be able to deliver a FBA product faster than a competing FBM, and get the sale. Super unethical, but is anyone surprised by this kind of behavior by AZ anymore?

It's literally showing that it would take up to 10 days to get to my buyer in the same state as me today. That is beyond ridicolous especially since when I have to process the order I don't get the "benefit" of this so called extended delivery time as far as what service I can use as well as the impact to my OTDR.
My sales have been abismal and it makes sense since the customers think it will take almost 2 weeks to get an item they order from me.
Seller_gatjkdfPmzT4O
This is insane. My sales are almost non-existent. Two days this past week I had zero sales. How is Amazon adding this much time to my orders? I've lost BuyBoxes and obviously customers that see me winning the BuyBox are turned off by how long the estimate is. It's saying 8 business days for a shipment within my own state. This is unreal! I don't have automated handling or shipping. I have it set for 2-3 days in my own state and 3-5 days for across the country, which is showing 14 business days to get there. All with 1 day handling.
Seller_gatjkdfPmzT4O
Beginning of the month, Amazon added 3 days on top of my delivery estimates to customers. Now it has increased to 4 days. Absolutely ridiculous.
Seller_gatjkdfPmzT4O
My OTDR is over 98% as of today and yet Amazon is adding 4.6 days to my delivery estimates!
