NEW or USED condition stated on the Invoices?????
Amazon does not want to reimburse my cost because:
"The invoice provided does not include the required item condition information (new or used) which is necessary for processing your reimbursement request"
Huh? Who states the products are USED or NEW? I never sell used and my suppliers dont sell used. The invoices enver state they are new or used. In my 30+ years of running brick & mortar stores and selling all the top name brand products like Nike, North Face, Adidas, etc, they never state whether the products being shipped to me are NE or USED in their invoices.
What does Amazon expect? Where are they getting all these ridiculous requirements from????
