Listing Inactive due to high pricing issue
Trying to change my listing to a 4 pack for $48, but is showing me high pricing issue error.
Spoke to support but they dont know what they are doing apparently, was asked to wait for the issue to be resolve with a new case.
Anybody has any idea how to fix this?

That is not possible. You have to create a new listing.

Do you have a NEW GS1 UPC Number for the new 4 pack?

Amazon did not give you permission to change the listing to as 4-pack and change the price. A new listing has to be created with a new GS1 UPC for the 4-pack with new listing.
Hopefully if you change the baric back for the single listing, it will go live again.

Sorry to interrupt, but that made me laugh out loud.
So droll, so understated. 🤣

Hi @Seller_D2MzKm7aBEQmt,
Thanks for reaching out. Can you please provide a case ID so I can take a look at your listing? If you are not the brand owner for the products, the brand has to have packaged the item as a 4 pack and have a unique UPC for that 4 pack, you cannot use the 1 pack UPC to create a listing for a 4 pack.
Once you provide the case ID, then I can look into this further for you.
Regards,
Michelle
