EU capacity limits

In July I started on a mission to get selling again in the EU one ASIN at a time, looking to reduce my EFN fees to Pan EU.

Sent in a pallet of 300 units which was available for purchase via Pan EU August 2nd in FR. There are 8 units remaining at 30th. I've since sent another pallet of 216 (max I was allowed) units which will amount to approximately 3 weeks worth of stock.

The issue is this, it takes 2-3 weeks from sending from the UK for them to be available for sale, given that rough maths involved I'll not be able to keep sufficient stock in the EU just for that ASIN, is there a way to up the capacity limit?

On a side note I'm now going to get a fee for 'Low inventory cost coverage', purely because my capacity limit doesn't allow me to send in sufficient stock. Any thoughts appreciated.
