Customer said they didn't get the item. So we reshipped and sent them tracking.
Once it delivers they file a A-Z claim and get refunded. Does anyone even look at all the details of these orders when they decide a A-Z claim? Now the buyer has $200 worth of product and Amazon won't stand behind a 20 year seller. At least make them send it back.

Claim was granted because you didn't follow protocol (from the sound of your post) about replacements and or refunds. Never send out a replacement unless requested through Amazon (otherwise, in Amazon's eyes it does exist).
