Customer asked to change his payment method for refund

The customer had to cancel his credit card due to theft, is it possible for him to change his payment method to receive his refund?

Amazon's policy is to refund back to the original payment method(s). The Seller has no say in this.

The customer will need to talk to his bank to see how they handle refunds made to a cancelled card. Or the customer can talk to amazon buyer support to see what can be arranged.
