Amazon usually states why your account is under review. Most likely is is concerning a product you were selling which Amazon asked to see your manufacturer's Invoice, which could not be supplied.

When Amazon does an account level reserve it can be due to various reasons, the common reasons are:
- You are subject to delivery-date based reserves
- You have open A-to-z Guarantee claims
- One or more of your orders has received a charge-back
- Your seller performance has fallen below our benchmarks
- Your account is under review
- Local regulations require us to withhold income tax from you (varies by store)

I conducted a thorough review of your account, and in collaboration with Seller Support, I confirmed that on your settlement date, the system will determine whether you have a positive or negative balance.
- If you have no available balance, no transfer will be initiated on this date.
