We urgently need assistance regarding our product's classification as a Natural Health Product (NHP), which has led to ongoing requests for a Natural Product Number (NPN). Unfortunately, this product has been removed from our listing, and our account is currently deactivated.
As a South Korean company, we have engaged with a Health Canada registration agent, who has confirmed that our product does not require an NPN, but only the Cosmetic Number obtained through Cosmetic Notification. We have submitted this information along with the full ingredient list multiple times, yet we continue to receive the same responses.
We believe that the inclusion of "acne" in the Item Name may be contributing to this issue, and we feel that the Product Description, Bullet Points, Generic Keywords, and Product Benefits also need to be reviewed. However, with our account deactivated, we are unable to conduct any reviews or updates.
Our Plans of Action (POA) have not yielded any different responses despite several submissions, and we find ourselves at a standstill.
