Restricted Products - Appeal

Hi amazon,

We need your help about the restricted product.

The product we sell on amazon is not a radio frequency ( RF ) device product, but amazon ask us lots of times to offer FCC ID. Case ID: 15483444831

And in our listing editing page, the Radio Frequency Emission & Authorization Status in our editing page is: Product not capable of emitting radio frequency energy.

Actually the remote in our product is Infrared Remote Control, it is not a RF device.

Could you help us to research this issue and make it right?
