Unable to apply for catalogue authorisation application as it keeps automatically being declined
I am trying to request permission to list my products under my brand. I have brand approval as well as GTIN exemption already. I submitted an application and it was rejected because Amazon couldn't recognise my GTIN exemption? I am now unable to create any other applications as they are automatically closed, stating that its a duplicate issue that I have opened. The first case was closed, as it was declined, but I can't create any other applications because it keeps referring me to the closed case. Has anyone else experienced this who could please help me? You are correct, duplicate cases are automatically closed.
If you are sure you provided the correct GTIN, you can reopen the original case 10983211282. Ask them to check again.
