FBA shipment stuck in "checked in" status

Hi,

My shipment to Amazon using FBA fulfillment has been stuck in "check in" status since April 25th:

We have a similar problem at ONT8, with our shipment ID FBA17WKPC76G checked in almost 2 weeks ago and still not receiving.

Not only that, but we have 3 other large shipments that can't even get an appointment with an FBA center to be signed in - they just keep getting delayed week after week. We have cut our PPC down to about 20% of our usual $4000 daily spend and we will need to turn it off altogether if nothing is received in the next 24 to 48 hours.

We have sold on Amazon for over 10 years and we have never encountered receiving delays like this. We don't know what's going on.

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.

Now, have you received a reconciliation date for this shipment yet? Once that date arrives, you will then be able to request an investigation. You can find more information on this process in this help page. I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
