I started off with a score of 212 which a while ago fell to 208. It is now 204. During this period I have had absolutely no issues of any kind. My VTR is 100%, everything else is 0. Is this common?

I am on 200 (that is their starting point !), and I will never get above that as my volume of sales is not enough to get any higher.

I am glad someone else is having issues and its not just me. I got to the 340 mark. No issues and now down to 298!! What is going on? the algorithm needs re-thinking. It should not be volume based and should not be going down weekly.
