Wish there was an alternative of Amazon platform: Account Deactivation due to "other account" - how can I prove this through an appeal

I am a new seller on amazon - not yet listed my products and my account has been deactivated numerous times for different reasons. There has been an association with other account which i do not understand the reason for the association. My dashboard does not have an appeal button and where ever i send my request and tell them the scenario - an automated reply comes back saying its not the right platform. Is there any helpline or way to speak to actual amazon seller support. I have been trying different ways but have been ignored so far. Please advise.

All new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all of your personal and business info you have provided - which can take quite a while these days. Though, you say you have been deactivated numerous times - were these all for verification reasons ? The association with another account is a common occurrence - you need to work out if there is possibly any association whatsoever with another seller account. If you ask they will usually tell you the linked account. To be honest, even speaking to someone you are very unlikely to get any real help, as they will just pass on to the relevant department, as the SS associates have no access or authority to reactivate accounts.

I'll be honest - my advice would be to sell elsewhere ! (? Ebay)
