Account Deactivated

Account has been deactivated for 4 days now.
I have submitted all the required documents (multiple times).
I get an email response asking for other documents (LOA for example) but there is nowhere to upload in Seller Central.

I have 2 case logs open and it seems like noone is getting back to me.
The callback service doesn’t work either.

Would love to speak to a human.
Can anyone assist?
