Policy warning for the use of the word Ex-store

I have just received a policy warning over a listing for an exstore clearance item that I listed and called the brand “Exstore”. It seems that another seller trademarked the work “Ex-store” last novemeber. A clever move on their behalf but then are they out to get other sellers kicked off Amazon?
