Not as Described – Different Product

We have had this problem for a few weeks now an our stock is about to be removed, we have LOA and invoices but they are not accepting this. Is there anything anyone can recommend what we need to say or upload so the amazon robots will accept that we are not selling the incorrect product? Any help would be appreciated
