Customer Refund Issues
Customer was refunded at the first scan, we received the item and thought that was the end of it. We received a message asking for their refund saying they returned it a week ago, we check and it has already been refunded so we let the customer know. they waited 2 days to come back to us and say they hadn't received their refund, I sent them screenshots with proof that it was refunded. They reported our message as us not having resolved their issue and we need help figuring out what else to do.

Well since Amazon is responsible for the actual refund, tell them to contact them.
