5665 Error: Going round in circles
Hi all
I am trying to list my first product under my brand name, and when doing so, receive the 5665 Error - Asking me to apply for approval to list under the brand name.
I have gone through the process twice, provided all the necessary documentation including pictures of our packaging with company logo, our website URL & brand logo. It has been nearly a month and i have had no update on this whatsoever.
I have nothing in "Performance notifications" and my account is fully setup correctly.
Any advice?
