Brand Registry Enrollment Error Message
Hi everyone, we have been selling on Amazon for many years, are we are now trying to register our brand. It allows us to log in to Brand registry ok, but then displays the below message when we click “Enrol”
Due to your current account status, you are not eligible to enroll a new brand in Amazon Brand Registry at this time. Please contact the Seller Performance team to address your selling account status before reapplying. They can be contacted via email at: seller-performance@amazon.com.
We have tried emailing seller performance, our account health is “Great” and we have now warnings or notification. We do sell on multiple international stores, but we are just looking to apply for UK at the moment.
Can anyone help to shed any light on this please?
From what I can find in the forums, I am wondering if this has anything to do with the face we supply multiple brands? Any advice gratefully received.

I have had the same issue after about a month of going back and forth with support, I have finally found out that I was getting that error message because all of the European accounts needed to be in good standing. I didn’t see the point in applying for tax/VAT for amazon de as I didn’t sell any products there, so that account was suspended.
Unfortunately since my amazon.de marketplace has been suspended I can not use amazons brand registry
On a side note I did send seller-performance@amazon.com 3 emails around the start of the month and they never replied, I eventually got to the bottom of the issue with normal live support
