Reactivate my Seller Account
Hi Amazon Seller Forum,
My Account Has been Suspended Recently Uk Amazon Payment Team Asked me different Types of Documentation Which I have provided But They Won’t be able to verify it for some reason My UK Seller Account Was running Very Smoothly but All of sudden I was asked about some documentations which I have provided all of them, but they rejected it and now my account has been deactivated .When I call them health team they told me it was rejected because they are not able to verify them. I don’t understand what exactly they need to verify all the payments from amazon were coming to my account on time and fee charges were going out smoothy as well.
Now in the last email they asked me to send bank verified document with bank stamp on it which I have already sent them, but they rejected it.
Can someone Please Help Me out What Exactly Should I do in this situation Because they are not very specific? what exactly they want to verify?

And state which documents you sent
And what bank account you are using
Where are you based and are you fba as in Aug 2021 you were unsure if you required uk vat reg

- Click “Save”, and then click “Submit for verification”.
Additionally, the information you entered on Seller Central does not match the documents you submitted.
Why is this happening?
Primary contact person information:
– The place of birth currently entered in Seller Central does not match the passport that you provided.
How do I submit required information?
To update the primary contact person information in Seller Central, complete the following steps:
- Go to the “Identity information” section of Seller Central.

- Follow the prompts to amend the information.
- Click “Save” and then “Submit for verification”.

Bank Certified Letter and I have sent bank Statement Stamped My Own Personal Bank Account and I am based in Ireland I don’t do FBA I was Planning TO, but This happened.
For VAT I think you need have 85000 pounds Sterling Threshold for VAT.
