Do you want blood?
I have just had the email about the new account health layout so decided to look at mine. Given that I have ‘0’ for all negative aspects ie. neg feedback, policy violations, etc and 100% for VTR why is my account health rating only 204 out of 1000. I only just make it into the ‘good’ rating.
Do Amazon want blood? Should I gold plate my book covers?
Sorry guys, I am feeling really low today and this is just another downer. So sick of Amazon - do they not know that a carrot is better than a stick?

From memory isn’t that the default starting point for the new system? Keep going as you are and it should start to increase.

Snap! I have exactly the same - everything 0% and VTR of 100% and 204 i.e. about 1/5 of the way to go.
How on earth can we improve?
Just another nail in the coffin I’m afraid.

I don’t remember the exact number, but sellers were supposed to start below 1000. Successful sales increase the score, violations decrease it.

The help pages say this:
Your AHR will increase as you successfully fulfil orders.
…Never mind the fact I’ve been doing exactly that for the best part of a decade. Thanks Amazon, you caber-launchers!

Mines 264 - 100% VTR - everything else perfect except for a couple of items classified as late but still have a score of 99.4% on ontime rate. One A-Z recently. Parcelforce attempted 3 times with customers mobile linked to the package so they were getting notifications. They could not deliver as they wanted a signature. PF took it to local PO to collect - customer notified again.
Instead of messaging us they just opened an A-Z, obviously we refunded so lost the case - could not be bothered to fight it. Rarely get A-Zs so 264 out of 1000 is quite harsh when thats our only issue we had for months and months.
Nice of them to start us off by already being on the point of being in the yellow. Cheers Amazon. Surely we should get an extra 50 points each time we have to deal with the nightmare called SS? Plus 25 points for each wasted email in the chains that go on for 48 hours to clear up simple issues. Also would like another 50 points for that box of office printer paper I bought on prime before xmas. It was on next day delivery turned up 3 weeks later. I could not do a thing about it as that was not an option for me - it was finally left on my doorstep in the rain by EVRI. Something as a seller I would have got a roasting for but as a buyer no A-Z possible just the ability to request a refund after around 2 weeks after dispatch. Love it:(

I think you have to have donated a kidney to get over 400, a 1000 is possibly both arms and legs and a kidney?

I’ve just given up worrying, life’s too short and when Amazon put me on the naughty step, I’m going pick my nose, fart and drink beer.
Stay groovy everyone.
