Two-Step verification Account Recovery Issue (No response)

hey anyone could help out with this issue?

I donot lose my phone and call with it daily with seller call support. However, I could not get the OTP by the way "Call me at my number ending in***" . I only want to get call OTP so I disable the Text Way.Also I know last month there a bug of sending both Text and Call way and reported fix the text way in July. But still faill to do with Call way.

In an attempt to resolve this issue, I also submitted my ID card for Recovery two step verification on this monday.

Only receiving the following email "Hello, Thank you for your response. Your account is currently under review by the department in charge. We will be reaching out to you via email in the next 24 to 48 business hours. We ask you not to open new accounts because any new orders that you place may be canceled"

And when I could log into my account and seller support told me the email is not related to 2 step verification, also at the moment noway to know how the process of that recovery operation is progressing.

Now I could not log into my selling account, need help with this.

hey

I found that TEXT OTP now is no problem at all as I asked many many other sellers, they all told me they are good with TEXT OTP.

So Now what can I do next for this issue? cannot log into my account and cannot start a new seller support and also no response from 2-step verification recovery.

Have you tried Amazon Customer Service directly? They should be able to assist with the OTP issue. Here is the main number - 1-888-280-4331.

Let them know you need assistance with the 2-step recovery and they will be able to assist.

Alternatively, have you tried using this form?

I've chat with seller support 3rd times and reported this issue.

Seller support has transferred this to relative department as result.

And on other hand I submitted the ID card to 2-step recovery proccess last Monday.
