Ups pick up
Hello Ben her this my first time sending in an Amazon fba shipment and I used the ups partnership and arranged a pick up today and they have not turned up what should I do.

Shipments are not automatically collected, even when picking the dispatch date. You will need to arrange collection from the UPS website or by phoning. You need to use the tracking number beginning with usually 1Z...
Collections are FREE and if UPS are collecting multiple packages, then just enter one tracking number but do remember to tell them the total weight and number of packages.

You book them via the UPS site, create an account and input the tracking ref to be collected, add address etc not rocket science wish I could post an image

You need to contact UPS or take the parcels to a UPS drop off of customer centre. I have had a lot of problems with UPS Dartford, they pretend they are busy but when you talk to the drivers they say it's because the person at the office can't be bothered to tell them there is a collection.
