account deactivated , amazon sold damaged product & deactivated my account

Hi,

My account was deactivated a month ago, and despite providing numerous invoices to Amazon, I still haven't been able to reactivate it. The main issue is that all of my inventory disappeared after the deactivation, and I’m unable to create a removal order to retrieve it. how i can get my inventory.

I’d appreciate any help or advice.

You cannot create a removal order from a deactivated account - it must be active.

You will have to get the account up and running again.
