FIVE a to z claims granted (in under 30 days) claiming not delivered (USPS tracking-delivered on time)
Five shipments successfully delivered ON TIME via USPS to the correct address and claim and subsequent appeal lost.
Reason on all five is:
"We have reviewed all available information and determined you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove delivery."
My appeal was made using the Amazon template for showing proof of delivery and included all information proving the shipments arrived.
Amazon sales accounts for only 20% of my company sales but somehow have 95% of item not received complaints on delivered shipments. This is because on all ther platforms we are protected if we follow the shipping guidelines' and deliver the product to the address provided. The customer knows they won't get away with lying.

Did you buy the shipping label through Amazon's buy shipping and does the carrier's tracking show them taking possession of it on or before the ship-by date on the order?
