FBA~ Help Needed Please
Hello Everyone
I am a new seller & have experienced a few problems!
- In the past few days several of my Inventory has been Blocked unless I Use FBA ? I do my own fulfillment so why has this happened?
- I don’t want to sell all over Europe, I just want to sell to a UK audience, I have tried changing this with no success. any advice would be appreciated thank you
- Also had several items linked to another seller but not showing in my Inventory list any suggestions, I have tried listing them several times
- Final one…How do you deal with someone being a 1p keyboard warrior & constantly lowering the price to compete, I’m quite happy to compete at going rate and not undermine other peoples prices?
I have tried contacting Amazon for help but getting nowhere and running around in circles, I have tried calling, leaving messages & no one has got back to me! So frustrated with the whole situation!

Are you selling in toys and games category? If so you can only sell in this category between November and December if you meet the requirements set by Amazon which they will have emailed you.
You can sell to UK only buy putting the European sites on holiday mode in your account settings.
You can’t beat 1p keyboard warriors - they use automatic pricing software

If they are in the toys category then it is because there are eligibility requirements during the Christmas period to prevent disappointed children (probably)
You should be able to prevent sales on the other EU sites by going into holiday mode on those sites. For buyers using the UK site but wanting delivery abroad, i believe there’s an option to prevent that but i don’t do FBM
I don’t quite understand the question, but it could be that the other seller has the buy box so to see your offer there’s an extra click (usually “other offers” or something similar)
Can’t help much there as i don’t do too much repricing.

They will have set a minimum price they will go down to. To deal with this you can keep dropping your price until you you find their minimum price. Depending if you want to beat their price and take the orders or you can keep your price at 1p above their minimum price and wait until the sellout and raise your price (if their minimum price is around what you are buying your stock at you can buy their stock)
