What is going wrong recently with C2S2 / ATS-AVASK system? More shipments being sent incorrect

This is now second shipments where goods have been sent to the UK and not to Germany in the past 2 weeks, highly frustrating as products are intended for the EU market and not UK. I expected the issue from early December to be resolved, but clearly, it is not.

Now its looking likely a removal order will need to be created for 3,000 units and then another 3,000 unit order sending to Germany. All this at our own UPS costs/brokerage.

I had to stop using this service. Shipment from October worth 2000euro lost somewhere no one knows where the goods are, a few shipmnets send to UK have been delivered to Poland or Czech ! Lost money on shipping costs and Avask. Useless service , pointless to use as they can`t deliver goods from EU to the UK. Always some king of issuess.....

Sorry to hear about the products going to the wrong destination. Have you found the booking process to be terrible? Compared to the previous Avask system it is awful - takes hours to sort all the data and errors, then multiple days waiting for broker confirmation. I have no idea how they have taken a system that worked and made it so much worse.

Compared to the previous Avask system it is awful - takes hours to sort all the data and errors, then multiple days waiting for broker confirmation. I have no idea how they have taken a system that worked and made it so much worse.
