Prime Badge FBM

Does anyone know how to convert variation listings to FBM Prime?

We already fulfil orders ourselves, but without a Prime Badge. Whenever we research, it keeps coming up with the same convert to FBA, which is not what we want to do.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Firstly have you applied to be on the prime program and accepted onto the trial period?

Hi @Stickers_On_Your_Wal

Currently, Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) is not accepting new registrations in the UK market. The program was paused for new enrollments in 2019 and remains closed as of April 2024.

The only ways to offer Prime on your listings are:

  • Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon)
  • Existing Seller Fulfilled Prime accounts (if you were already approved before the pause)

If you're currently doing FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) and want Prime benefits, your options are:

  • Convert to FBA
  • Wait until SFP reopens for new registrations (no announced date yet)
  • Continue with standard FBM without Prime badge

I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I want to be clear about the current possibilities. I recommend focusing on maintaining your strong FBM metrics in the meantime, as this will put you in a good position if/when SFP reopens.
