Hi @Seller_iaBTUOb1yCAMX,

I feel for you - waiting 1.5 months for a compliance review can be really frustrating. Let me try to help figure out what might be causing the delay.

I took a look at the children's toys policy (link). For puzzles, Amazon requires a complete set of documentation - they mention specifically that "partial document submissions are not permitted and will be rejected."

Would you mind double-checking that your submission includes everything from this list? Under "You must submit the following," the policy requires:

From your CPSC accepted laboratory:

  • Test report showing CPSIA compliance (Lead, Phthalates)
  • Test report for CPSA Section 14(a)(5) (Tracking label)
  • Test report for 16 CFR 1501 (Small parts)
  • Test report for ASTM F963 standard
  • Children's Product Certificate (CPC)

Also clear photos showing:

  • Your puzzle's model/part number
  • Manufacturer details
  • All labels and warnings
  • Instructions/manual
  • CPSA tracking label

Here's something important I noticed: Since we're in February 2025, there's a new requirement that might affect your puzzle. The policy states: "Children's toys manufactured after April 20, 2024, must comply with ASTM F963-23." If your puzzle was made after that date, you'll need the newer standard.

Hope this helps.
