Amazon Account Health Support is USELESS
A fraudulent Amazon Seller made a design rights complaint about my listing as I was making a high volume of sales. Amazon immediately deactivated my listing before asking questions.
Now after nearly 6 months of legal process, I have managed to invalidate the design of the fraudulent claimant of the design rights. I submitted the UK IPO court order to invalidate the fraud's design to Account Health Support and they said the court order is invalid!
As I have been going in circles for months with the useless Amazon Account Health Support, I will use their communication to start a legal case against Amazon for refusing to comply with a UK court order, unlawfully deactivating my listing, hindering my ability to sell fairly, and causing me substantial business losses.

Good luck! I have less than 2 hours left before losing access to my amazon account website after i was wrongly accused of failing identity verification after waiting for HMRC to send me the letter a month late, in which i missed prime day too. I was deactivated on the 10th ish and i lose access at midnight. I asked amazon to extend the time before i lose access but it doesn't seem like they care it's a person's life on the line who has dependent children and mouths to feed.

I'd recommend reaching out to Amazon Seller Help on Twitter / X @amznsellerhelp - I had a nightmare with the account health team who seemed completely incapable of understanding anything that falls outside of their scripted responses. The social team managing the X account escalated the issue and it was eventually resolved.
Also you might want to tag some mods in this post else they wont see it.
