multiple account violation
Dear Amazon
My account was deactivated for a multiple-seller account violation. This happened because I hired my brother, who has an E-Commerce management firm to manage my account. Unknown to me was that he got suspended a couple of months before that and never got reinstated. He used the same wifi network that he used for his own account. I was unaware that he ever had a suspended account. I made sure to fire him as a va and I stopped using his services completely. Attached is all the proof that we used to work together, and have now parted ways.
Since I have solved this issue I am requesting that my account should be reinstated.
Sincerely, David Zahab

This is a rather complicated situation as we can typically accept business related documentation to validate a separation, however as noted this is not simply a business but one that belongs to a family member. We may require the reactivation of your brothers account due to the close nature of your relationship.
When your brother had access to your account, where they granted the account login and password, or were they issued user permissions? What interactions did they have with your account? Did they add any of their personal information into the account or information that the two of your share?
Simply resolving the association does not qualify your account for reactivation. We require supporting documentation that validates the established connection, and verification that there's no longer an association. This is where being related to family makes this difficult. If we cannot validate a proper separation, we will ask that your brother ensure their store is reactivated.
What information have you provided that validates the connection and separation between the two of you?

Hello @Seller_RApAgXP2I8Dcd,
Thank you for posting your follow up information.
As mentioned, if you have these supporting documents that verify why the association occurred, and proof of separation you will need to provide these documents in the account health page for verification and confirmation.
As previously stated, If we cannot confirm a valid separation with the information provided, we may still require the associated account to first be reinstated, so this account can be eligible for reactivation as well.
