Sellers right not to refund Return Shipping?
Automated Returns FBM - if buyer orders wrong size, does the Seller have right NOT to refund Return Shipping?
our understanding is that Seller has right not to refund Refund Shipping in the instance that buyer returns an item because Seller "changed their mind". Or for "buyer faulted" returns

"Charge or Refund Return shipping. In circumstances when a buyer returns an item because they changed their mind, and Amazon charged your account upfront for return shipping (occurs when buyer uses Amazon’s Prepaid returns for seller fulfilled orders), you may choose to pass along the cost of return shipping to the buyer. "
FURTHER DOWN IT SAYS
"The Charge option is available only for BUYER FAULTED returns made using Amazon’s Prepaid return label."
so, if Buyer orders the wrong size due to their error [all the information is provided in the listing - with accurate measurements all provided] as Buyer ignores / does not read this information - surely the onus is more on the Buyer for getting it wrong than on the Seller?
the cost of shipping is so high as it is with Automated Returns, and Sellers are forced into it with no choice to opt in or out....the dice are already loaded against the Seller!
surely a Seller retains the right to not refund Return Shipping fee when Buyer has made an error with ordering wrongly? if the Seller is not at fault, why should Seller need to pay for the Buyers error....
note in this particular case - buyer admitted to ordering wrong size in messages - however Safe-T still decided case in favor of the Buyer and would not reimburse us the Return Shipping fee

The first question here is did you use Amazon Buy Shipping? If you did, you might be able to deduct a small amount for shipping. For me, I don't advise it as Amazon often finds a loophole and charges me anyways. I don't like to risk possibly losing an AtoZ.

Hello @Seller_M3psQMeKmMYkT
If you are selling clothing, if a buyer returns an item because the size was wrong, that is not a buyer-faulted return. It is a return paid for by the seller. If you don't agree with that, then you should not sell clothing on Amazon.com.
I realize you may disagree with me. However, clothing is one of those products that Amazon believes a buyer may purchase to try on, and if the buyer needs to return an item, then the seller should pay the return shipping. You should ensure the price of your products covers you for estimated losses from paying return shipping.
