Add product in secondary account

I have recently been successfully added as a secondary user to a Seller Account. The primary user has granted me all permissions, but I still can’t add products.

The primary user of the account will need to contact Seller Support to ask them why you are not able to create listings. Please ask them to create a case to have your permissions reviewed as we are not able to change permissions on any accounts.

i'm running into the same problem; my secondary user is not able to add products via the "add products" tab.

did you find a solution?
