New Sellers Challenges

Hi Sellers,

As a new seller it is very challenging, right now my balance is in negative because of all these FBA fees. Advertising also doesn't play in your favor for example you spend hundreds of dollars for one sale of as little as under $10. This is just ridiculous, I wish I could just discontinue this service but I cant because I have inventories all over various warehouses. I think there should be a least a one year wavier of these fees for a least to let seller break even. What is your view.

That's not how business works. You should have adjusted/accounted for the fees when listing. You can recall your inventory (may take weeks or months), then once you have depleted the inventory from the warehouses, you can close your account as long as it is in good standing.

You don’t need to spend excessive money on advertising to make a sale. Instead, focus on optimizing your advertising strategy and improving your listing, such as enhancing the images and content, to drive more sales. Recalling your inventory can be very costly, so if your product has potential, we can work on refining your advertising strategy. Set a budget cap aligned with your profit margins, and with the right approach, you should see profitability. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions—I’d be happy to help!
