Shipping labels printing gibberish: 8 months later and still no fix
I recently had to upgrade to the QZ tray printing nonsense and now none of the labels print correctly.
The same issue people have had for more than 8 months ( https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/6303c306-162c-4aa0-b77e-84dd10937cff )
Now the labels just bring out with all sorts of random letters and numbers. Ive had to go back cancel hundreds of labels and repurchase via a third party just to print them. I'm at my wits end. There was nothing wrong with the old buy labels in bulk and now it is nightmare.
When I download the zipped file it gives me some unopenable format.. I've tried printing one at at a time.. nope. I've read all the "tips" and "FAQs" and other useless circular advice that has been previously posted in these forums.
Is there any way of just scrapping this and going back to the old.. tried and true method?

Hi @Seller_YcQIIbEhRhtFF, you can uninstall QZ Tray. You'll then be able to use Print Connect or any standard printing options. If you would like to, you could even try uninstalling and reinstalling QZ Tray to see if this works.
For Windows OS:
- Click the Windows button.
- Go to Control Panel.
- Go to Programs and Features.
- Go to QZ Tray.
- Select Uninstall.
For Mac OS:
- Click the Finder icon in the Dock
- Click Applications in the Finder sidebar.
- If the QZ Tray app is in a folder, open the app's folder to check for an Uninstaller
