Item in transit but customers getting Amazon email that they can get a refund
Since the new Automated Shipping Setting was rolled out, I have had customers file claims saying they received an email from Amazon saying that since the item was not delivered yet, they could get a refund. The tracking numbers show they are in transit. My A-Z claims have really gone up and people are getting refunded while still receiving the merchandise. Anyone else had this problem? Anything that can be done?

@Seller_iKDhyIXd4ziST Thank you for reporting that issue. It would be great if you can give a few more details.
How many refunds have you recently had and how are the refunds being processed? Are they all through A-to-Z claims?
Are orders still within the delivery-promise date range? Did you use Amazon Shipping and ship on time?
