i don’t believe you can ‘sell’ an FBA account
you can sell your business and stock - and then the amazon account can be transferred - as long as you are a ltd company however, i’ve recently seen someone buy an amazon account only to be met with violation after violation on the listings and is now suspended

As @The_Little_Shop shop says, it’s actually against the rules to sell your account.
It does happen and there are sites out there that you can buy accounts on.
But I would strongly advise against it, as it’s liable to have a lot of problems.
However, if you have a Ltd company, you can sell the company, which in turn means transferring ownership of the account. Again, it’s not exactly perfect.
But in any case, for the account to have any real value, it needs to have a business behind it, that has value on it’s own. Which in that case, could be sold and run from a different Amazon account.
