Is anyone else experiencing sporadic data in the lowest price tab? Most listing have no information in the column at the moment even though the listing is active. Is this an Amazon glitch?

Yes, same here and also shipping costs missing on many of my listings. I told amazon help over a week ago lots of automated emails. No help yet.

I am also having this problem - having to re-search or refresh my page numerous times to get the data to show.
Opened a case with SS who like you have all said told me there was no problem sending irrelevant screenshots. Waiting for their latest response but I’d eat my metaphorical hat if they actually understand.
Hopefully someone will see this thread and report the problem to the right person

I have also been experiencing sporadic data loss in these inventory fields for several days. I opened a case yesterday to be told they cannot reproduce the issue and are looking into it further. Now, today, I am getting no data at all in those fields and also I am now getting no pricing data via the Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS) either, so that is also being seriously affected. I have just spoken to someone and asked them to escalate the case as ‘urgent’ but we will wait to see what happens…

After logging the issue with Amazon Seller Support I got a call back, very helpful lady who explained the issue is on their side, it is a systems error which the Engineers started working on early this morning, there is nothing wrong with our accounts so don’t fiddle with the settings! Hopefully our beloved green tick will make a welcome return very soon.

yeah the situation is deteriorating that’s a fact. The whole performance tab failed last night and the ‘lowest price’ column now contains no information at all. I hope they are actually working on it and not just saying that. The evidence on my side is that sales are being affected.
